Morton School of Excellence

From The Principal: Peggie Burnett

Morton School of Excellence has created a standard of excellence that is evidenced by our above average student achievement. This year we are expecting even greater outcomes than the year before. Last school year Morton’s student overall student achievement increased by 4% on ISAT test which brought our composite score to 78% Meet/Exceeds standards which is above district average. At Morton we view education as a way to change the trajectory of our students’ lives. We understand that quality education is action against the adversity our students face in the communities they live.
